| Delivery ScheduleWe process orders very quickly. Providing the items ordered are in stock, we will normally dispatch on the same day. Sewing machines, Overlockers and other large items are sent out via APC for next working day delivery. Smaller items are sent out via royal mail and delivery will normally take up to 4 working days. This delivery schedule applies to orders downloaded during weekdays before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or during the weekend will normally be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) We will endevour to ship your your order within this schedule, we will not be held responsible for delays and resulting consequences thereof, caused by any third party. Are only covered by this guarantee if they were purchased for normal domestic purposes and used in a household environment. 2/ You must let us know The Customer must inform us of any intention to return the item / items within 14 days of receipt of the goods either by phone or email. Where items have arrived damaged in transit, the customer must inform us about this within 24 hours from receipt of the goods. 3/ Faulty or Damaged Goods Jaycotts will arrange collection of goods from addresses in mainland United Kingdom and pay the return carriage cost if: the item / items were found to be faulty, transit damaged or if the item was sent in error. 4/ Dislike, or unhappy with your purchase, goods ordered by mistake.
