This price promise does not apply where the lower price appertains to 'A grade' re-boxed, ex-display, shop-soiled/factory refurbished, second hand

delivery and must be an authorized dealer for the make and model of machine in question.

During the guarantee period: should your machine become in need of repair due to problems caused
through:faulty components and / or poor workmanship, we will arrange collection, repair and return of your
machine at no charge.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights
Your guarantee applies only to machines purchased for use in the UK mainland and used for normal domestic purposes. It does not cover
consumable items such as: needles, needle threaders, bobbins, light bulbs, belts, loopers, blades etc - as stated on the manufacturers guarantee
document.

Problems on sewing machines and overlockers are often due to user error, such as miss-threading or incorrect settings etc.
Customers who buy their machine from Jaycotts can use the above phone number for free help and advice. If we find that your machine is in need of workshop attention, our free collection - repair and return facility will be quickly arranged. It is very important, therefore, that customers retain all of the original packing materials — in the event that the machine needs to be returned to us.
Guarantee periods vary depending on make and model of the machine purchased. (see individual models for length of guarantee)
A written guarantee will be provided with the machine along with additional documentation to cover any extended term (where applicable)

Recycling of unwanted machines - WEEE (EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive)
Old electrical equipment should not be disposed of with your household waste.
To comply with the above EU directive, we are obliged to make customers aware of our legal requirements
Domestic customers who buy an electrical / electronic product from Jaycotts can hand in their unwanted
like for like product for the purpose of recycling.
We will then pass the product on to our waste management company to be recycled.
A small charge may be applied for this service - please contact us for details.
Alternatively, a more cost effective solution may be achieved by checking with your local council for details, or visiting your local waste
recycling centre (local waste tip) where these unwanted products can now be disposed of responsibly, and usually at no charge.

FREE DELIVERY FOR MAINLAND UK ON ALL MACHINES
Orders over £25.00 in value are shipped to mainland UK addresses FREE of charge.
Smaller orders below £25.00 will carry a shipping charge of just £2.00. We process orders very quickly.
Providing the items ordered are in stock, we will normally dispatch on the same day. Sewing machines,
Overlockers and Dress Forms are sent out via APC for next working day delivery.
Smaller items are sent out via Royal Mail and take 1 to 4 working days.
if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be given the option to cancel your order
if you would rather not wait.
This delivery schedule applies to orders received during weekdays before 2pm.
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or during the weekend will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.
