Order value £ 0 - £20 shipping charge is £3.00
Order value £20 - £50 shipping charge is £5.40
Order value £50 - £100 shipping charge is £12.00
Order value £100 - £200 shipping charge £30.00

Due to size and weight, some orders may attract a higher charge from the postal service, in which case, we will contact you via email requesting an additional payment.
You will be given the option to cancel your order and we will refund any payments you have already made should you not find the additional charge acceptable.

If you are ordering from outside of mainland UK please select your items and proceed to the checkout and then enter your details and make payment


Surrounding British Isles including Northern Ireland:
Normal Royal Mail post & packing charge (£2.80) will be applied for small packages where the value is below £35.
However, large parcels may attract additional shipping charges, in which case, we will contact you via email requesting an additional payment.
You will be given the option to cancel your order and we will refund any payments you have already made should you not find the additional charge acceptable.

Dressforms are only despatched to addresses in mainland UK

Special courier service is only available for UK MAINLAND

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship larger items such as: sewing machines, dress forms, overlockers, cabinets, etc to addresses outside of UK

Business customers based outside of the UK but within the EU (VAT Registered) must submit a valid EU VAT registration number for tax exempt sales.

Our automated system works as follows:-

1/ Place and pay for your order online.

2/ Your order will be automatically downloaded and processed.

3/ You will receive an email advising you of any additional shipping cost.

4/ If you accept the additional shipping charge, then please reply to the email advising us to proceed with your order.

5/ If you don't wish to pay the shipping cost, then reply to the email advising us of this, we will then cancel the order and refund the amount you originally paid.
