| DELIVERY INFORMATION Delivery Mainland UK : Normal delivery costs £2.55 - or FREE for orders over £30.00 - Allow between 1 and 7 working days for your order to arrive Large parcels and items such as sewing machines, overlockers, dress forms, etc are sent by Parcelforce, orders sent this way normally arrive next working day - but please note, we can only offer this service for items that are in stock (if your order is very urgent please call 01244 394099 to check availability) and orders must be placed before 2.00pm, Monday - Thursday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day (EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) Anything ordered on a Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (EXCLUDES PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) Horn cabinets do not apply to above options. Please see Horn Cabinets section for more details. Surrounding British Isles including Northern Ireland Normal Royal Mail post & packing charge (£2.55) will be applied for small packages where the value is below £30. However, large parcels may attract additional shipping charges, in which case, we will contact you via email requesting an additional payment. You will be given the option to cancel your order and we will refund any payments you have already made should you not find the additional charge acceptable.
