DELIVERY INFORMATION
The information given below is subject to stock availability

Delivery UK (Royal Mail small parcels) :
Normal delivery costs £2.95 - or FREE for orders over £35.00 -
Orders normally arrive 2 - 5 working days.

Urgent small packages.
Next working day delivery option (excluding weekends and public holidays) is available for an additional charge. This service is subject to stock and is only available by phone: call us on 01244 394099 before 2pm so that we can process your order in good time

Sewing machines, overlockers, dress forms: Free delivery to MAINLAND UK
Sent by Parcelforce and normally arrive next working day excludes weekends and public holidays
(applies to orders placed before 2pm weekdays)

Surrounding British Isles including Northern Ireland
Normal Royal Mail post & packing charge (£2.95) will be applied for small packages where the value is below £35.
However, large parcels may attract additional shipping charges from the carrier, in which case we will contact you via email requesting an additional payment.
You will be given the option to cancel your order and we will refund any payments you have already made should you not find the additional charge acceptable.

Availability of Goods
While we endeavour to hold sufficient stocks, we do not guarantee availability of any product shown on our website.

If your order has an item out of stock : the available part of your order will be dispatched by the method selected, and the remainder will be put onto back order to be dispatched when stock arrives by 1st class post.

Quantity Shortage
We must be notified within three working days from receipt of order if there is any shortage in quantity of items marked as shipped on the invoice that is enclosed with the order. Any quantity discrepancies can then be rectified as quickly as possible.

Our right to cancel delivery
Where persistent problems have occurred with delivery - i.e. recipient never available, courier or postman delivering to wrong address, theft or loss of goods in transit, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will be notified of this action and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
