Produce 2, 3 or 4 thread overlocking. Very smooth and quiet running, the 800DL has differential to help stop waving on jersey fabrics and prevent puckering on fine silks or satins. Converts to rolled hemming at the flick of a lever and the lay-in tensions make threading easier. In addition the lower looper is threaded by the simple flick of a lever.

You'll see from the picture that all of the dials are set around '4' this is the universal tension setting for regular overlocking. Of course, you can alter the tensions for special decorative effects if required. When threading, the tensions open out to accept the thread. This makes it easier to draw threads through and will eliminate threading errors.
